The Maroon Society (TMS) is a registered 501(c)3 non profit organization committed to supporting institutions who primarily serve underutilized and underrepresented communities and people. We are passionate about leadership, sharpening skills and creating maximum impact in whatever space we dwell.

From historically black colleges to after-school and mentorship programs, TMS advocates for equity, access to quality health, wealth and education for all people groups.

Organization Spotlight

The Kappa League of the Montclair (NJ) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is an award-winning leadership development program providing mentorship to local middle and high school boys of color in New Jersey.

#MontclairKL is the recipient of the Northeastern Province’s “Best Guide Right” Award in the small chapter category for 8 consecutive years (2011 - 2019).
